I am sure you stuffed some keywords in your title right??

It's the same in the content. You "should" insert some keywords there. But be ethical. Don't make your article/post sound redundant because of to many keywords inside. At least three repetitions is enough to make a good article/post content.

Use your keywords as a title and your content should be related to the title.

 Yes I agree on the keyword become the title. In your content it must be relay as the body of your title. Well, a good content must have an INTRODUCTION, NARRATION, EXPOSITION,and GENERALIZATION.

You can still put some keywords on your title content. Let's say for example, in a blog post... You can put some keywords along with some ideas.

But don't just use the keyword as the title. Add more words in addition to the keyword.
