I hear different opinions about Google Ad sense, isn't it just waste of time or you really can make a profit out of it?

If you are a blogger & update your blog with interesting content then that's a good option.
The more the traffic, the more chances of earning
You can earn through guest posting/sponsored posts

but all depends on the traffic & the quality content.
