Googlebot visited..does it mean I am indexed?

in my traffic analysis I see that googlebot has visited my forum more than 200 times. does that mean that my forum is

indexed already?or a visit does not mean its indexed?

Googlebot will visit your site a lot, and not necessarily index you during those visits. To see if you are indexed, type site:www.yoursite.com in the Google search box. If you see pages listed in the results, it means you have been indexed.

If you don't see any results, then that means Google hasn't gotten around to indexing you yet...but they will in time...

This is proabably good news the more times Google visits your site or forum the better.

Google will start out by visiting a newly indexed site about once a month. Well, it will visit more often, but reindex about once a month...if it visits and sees changes everytime it visits, it will visit more frequently. If it doesn't see any changes, it may visit less.

Updated and new content gets visits more often, and more index updates.

Google looks for fresh meat… If it gets it will be attracted more and will reward your site by indexing.
