Forums are frequently used in SEO, and what is the best forums for link building according to you?
I like warrior.com, digitalpoint, and submitexpress too.

They allow dofollow sig links, and fast indexed.
What is your opinion?

I preferred to choose SUBMIT express, V7 and WebCosmo this three are the greatest because of their page rank and as well as their good reputation in different search engine.
