Which source of image is better for site loading

i'v a ecommerce website that is affiliates and all images i'm extracting from merchant site. so, my query is that which method is better to store all images in my own server or take all from merchant link so that site loading time is less.

If all images will be store in your own server then it will take less time. So you should go for it.

It would be much better if you have all your images in your server, since it would load much faster that way. You can just link them to the specific pages in the merchant's site.

well images that support by all browsers n not too much large in size should be avoided. you can place .jpeg picture on your server it will be better for your site.
