I'm not sure whether such bulk submissions can really work well in SEO! A single post if can be posted to many places at a time can really create problem for you!

Manual submission have good impact and really help in ranking but bulk or submitting through software can result in creating some kind of problem of website instead of helping in ranking of website...

Bulk Posts can be considered as spamming so kindly avoid the bulk submission and you should submit your post manually in your blogs.
