Difference Link polularity check google, bing and yahoo

If you use link popularity check 3.03, you can see the link popularity results are different for al search engines. Why is there so much difference in count of link popularity links between the search engines?
For instance:
google 22
yahoo 3900
msn/bind 84
anyone an idea?

I think the indexing eprformed in the google is very accurate other than yahoo and bing

but you know what pretty weird?
if you give command in google link:www.relatiefront.nl
you get on 2 results, but in google webmaster tool i can see 587 sites link to our site, why is there difference with linkpopularity check?

i always use google for index while use yahoo for link check. they are accure. as for the tool. i donnot know yet.

I Thinks the Google show the Do follow links and Yahoo and Bing show the All Back links.
