Re: MSN vs Google?
I have been a fan of Goggle for years because they really provide the highest quality traffic and conversions. However, inconsistencies in their laws, the couple in support, and wish-washy guidelines were other options much more attractive.

MSN rankings are generally faster attained on this engine and thus it is a good place to begin, especially if you have a new site that is likely still in the sandbox on Google or are jusy at the beginning stages of link building.

MSN and Google Both are very good search engines of the world.
It is very difficult which is better.
However Msn is Better than Google. because Msn is king of all search engines.

Re: MSN vs Google?
MSN is small and weak because it doesn’t get enough pie (about 3%). It doesn’t get much pie because it sucks. MSN is the youngest of the big three engines and is still trying to figure out what people want. More accurately, they are trying to bypass what people want by using their brand name to get their foot in the door, and then hoping people will be lazy enough to just accept them as their “default search engine” when buying other Microsoft products (products like Windows and Internet Explorer). This worked for their OS, browser, and office products, but it won’t work for their search engine. People are more saavy these days. The good news is that because they are so small and insignificant there is less competition and new sites can rank well, for what it’s worth.
Google's Positives
Powers a huge amount of searches
Average Joe searcher happy with results
Incredibly fast searches
Good organic to paid result ratio
Super clean layout
'Do No Evil' reputation
Their own PPC (pay per click advertising) program
Large cash bukcet from the IPO to throw things at
Bringing 'stickyness' to the site via Gmail, Google News and Froogle
Breaking new grounds in technology and ideas to search and the internet as a whole
Google's Positives

Bing gives utmost weight to onpage aspects such as contents and keywords. Authority and domain age also play a big role.

I think you should give some more details about this in order to get a useful response. What website, what positions etc etc?

Bing really care about title tag i think. You should optimize the website title tag...
