I am looking to add a articles section to my site, does anyone know of a free and easy to use programme that I can use to do this?

It depends on your programming knowledge. If I were you, I use PHP. It's free and easy to use.

I dont have any programming skills but I have just downloaded Article Dashboard http://www.articledashboard.com/.
I know someone who can set it up for me if I get stuck.
Would it be better that I have it on my site or on another domain?
The reason I ask is that apparently you can add links into a site you choose (i.e www.golffinder.co.uk) when a user creates a new article, so as to get you more back links.

Manually? do you mean set up the article submission myself? If so I am not that qualified
Are these programmes no good? http://www.articledashboard.com/
It would save me a lot of hassle if I could bolt this onto my site.
Any advice from you guys would help me as im trying my best to get noticed with google, im adding more and more content day by day but google ranks you by the amount of links into the site.
Also I just had an email from a company who I wanted to exchange links with, they are happy to exchange but they told me recipricol links do not work anymore and you need to have one way links?
If this is true I have another site and I could arrange that if that would help?
