if you have good unique and quality content and you are getting fair visitors your pr will automatically update but if not then you have to do some seo work on your site ...with duplicate content you have to do lot of hard work for your site ...

One of it. Good content = People will keep coming back + They post your website link somewhere = Good PR.

Request your link to be placed in high PR websites.

You need to focus on linkbuilding. Exchange links with relevant sites with high PR. Also submit quality articles and continue posting in forums.

ur having a good blog but i think u need some more hard work and it will give u good returns for sure ...

i would recommend u to get a domain and use wordpress as ur blogging platform ... this will be useful for ranking and traffic purpose too

Continue doing link building. The best are one-way links from topic relevant sites with a higher PR than you. That will help you a lot.
