Page rank improvement techniques

I am trying to get higher pr for my site too but unable to go above pr1. I hope I will reach at least pr 4 or pr5.
Can anyone recommend me good method to get high pr for my site?

Good back links will help you to gain good page rank improvements. So do search engine optimization for better back links through blogging, article posting, forum posting, social bookmarking, directory submissions etc.

From my point of view you will get high page rank by doing 2 way link exchange or 3 way link exchange with high PR sites. By doing this you may got indexed page inbound linka quickly. But jump from PR1 to PR 4 is a time consuming process. Try to get qualitative back links as much as possible as you can for which your page rank will increase.

Google page rank is really hard to get, my blog is more than 15months but i still have page rank zero.

For faster result, go for blog/forum posting, social bookmarking and article submission. If you follow these methods regularly, soon you will get the results.

Content, site navigation, quality inbound and outbound links, page speed these feature are most important to increase Page Rank.
