You can get .gov links by commenting on the.gov websites. Through this procedure, you can build genuine .gov links.

Your site will need to have some really great, relevant content to get a government site to link to your site. Very few of us have such high-quality content. You're probably just wasting your time if you're trying to reach out to .gov sites to get them to link to your site.
