Hi,
Putting 100 links in a single site???Can it help in link ranking for search engines...????Any idea?

100 links means site has 100 page?? if site has 100 page then no problem optimize pages for different keywords.

You are place 100 links in a single site no problem in link ranking for search engines

... it has no help if that 100 links are in a single page of a site.. it would be considered as a link farm page...

Indeed, just be careful, google is not that stupid so if you don't want your site to be penalized by google just limit those links but of course if those links are quality ones, you don't have to worry anything!

Thats is so true. It wont help you anyways. Rather, you should pick up relevant links from quality websites because Major search engines place weight on quality relevant links, which is a good practice for Internet marketing strategy. One good quality, highly focused link is atleast thousand times better than 100 general links which is not considered a useful link by the search engines.

Don't put too many links in a single webpage. The links you should put in a page must be relevant to your niche and have good reputation.

Sometimes 100 link in one page, Google will view your site as spam if number of link increase fast

I think there is nothing to worry if those links have quality and relevancy to your niche.
