I just submitted a site and it got approved right away, no BL required just as it states! Looks like they added about 60 sites yesterday and over 130 so far today. Homepage has a PR=2 so far.

Here's where my link is incase you want to see format and url structure:

The only thing I noticed was the text under the url in each listing has a typo.

(Hits: 0 Visit: 0 Poll Num: 1 Commnet: 0 Poll Ave: 10.00 Uptime: 03-17-2006)
