You are getting it right. Even though Google won't pass link juice from a nofollow links yet they will still index it, meaning it is still important to your serp ranking. So, don't be afraid to post on nofollow sites unless if you give much more importance to your PR. It's a decision between pr and serp.

Actually no one know what is new to Google but last April I realize that even a site is no-follow but it has a high PR I'm also trying to have a link with that site.

Yes, I too think the same way that no follow link has some value for your site. Its not totally useless. It gives some little contribute to the SERPs.

It is true that Google does not give more importance to No-follow links. But it increase your site's visibility in search engines that is also useful for sites respect of traffic.

What language is that? Some sort of forum spamming bot?

Yes Google has stated clearly they will not give backlinks to no-follow links. However...that doesnt mean people wont follow them. Traffic baby...it's all about traffic.

A nofollow link is still a backlink. The only difference is, it does not pass pr link juice to target site.

Nofollow is now, officially, a tool that power users and webmasters should be employing on their sites as a way to control the flow of link juice and point it in the very best directions.

Nofollow links are still valuable. They are still links and can generate traffic. Don't underestimate what they can do for your site.
