Black Hat don't follow rules and regulations. They uses unethical ways just to get back links. Cloaking, door-way pages, hidden text, keyword stuffing, improper redirects, spamming, and Link farms are some of the methods that falls under black hat SEO.

Black hat fast results
The problem with black hat SEO is that it gives almost instant results and that is usually enough for shop sites during the season. If they ever got banned, next season they would simply use the same template on another domain and just use the same techniques which gives them enough time to sell and make money. That pattern they can repeat each year. They shouldn't be worried about getting on a black list or so.

First, you are talking about hidden text. I do not understand. If some text is hidden, but its visible crawler. After all tracks will be read. How it will affect the site (such as the black hat is a bad technology). The second keyword stuffing (using as many keywords), how it will affect. Common sense says, if your site has multiple keywords with your site, more will be familiar with the search engines.

I always choose following White hat methods.Since ethical way of getting the rankings is more permanent as well as black cat techniques can only provide temporary rankings.
