Image Result on first page!!

Hi Frds!!

When I search in google fot text data, sometime images appear, such as search for "mens skincare" in google, you will see some images at the bottom.How these images comes to First page instead of image search section.

If I understood you right you mean Google ads, yeah, you may see them everywhere, it's quite normal

It's been there maybe around couple of years ago and now with the Google's next-gen algo, expect more and more features in search result..

Is this possible to optimize my site at that level,google index my images at first page.

another question,
Why google doesn't show Images everytime on any search keyword. You will notice Google shows only sometimes images on first page,otherwise regular search shown.Just like if i search for "radio " no images will show..

Those image results are tagged by Google as the most relevant ones. Most images that appear at the top have tags in them.

Google is changing some of its algorithm, so news and images are also shown in the SERPs.
