9.submit our website in different free directories.
10.Link building for increasing the PR of our website

I would be carefu with free web directories. I dont think you should submit to more than 30.

Fast backlink growth is not good
Poor quality backlink growth is also not good.

Be careful...

Seo is mainly use for getting more traffic and its possible if you have good page rank. If you want to increase your PR then update your website everyday by adding more unique information.

Very Basic tips of SEO which needs to be taken care of by Newbies. SEO is a continuous process and needs to be updated at a regular interval. It can't be restricted to one format / strategy. SEO strategy for one website might not work for a different website with different niche. Therefore it is based on the theme of your website.
