Need an SEO Review on my site PLZ

Hi good people,

I have been working hard on my site www.ug2.com and im struggling in the search engines especially google. All my other sites have been ok but they where keyword domains such as keyworddomain.com

I'm thinking maybe I have over optimised?
The domain is 9 years pld but its been live as a arcade site for 6 months now.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

I was thinking that to, I kinda got greedy with this site and wanted to see if i could rank for some better keywords.
My last site i sold achieved 22nd spot for "online games" and a page 1 rankings for some other nice keywords.

this time round im foinding it hard and im thinking its because of the domain name??

I will look into changinf that title tag 2 , thanks for the tips

What was the site's niche before?
Check out your competitors, maybe little bit of contents and description could interest visitors and bots more.

It had an esnips clone on it i think
Also had 30k pages i had to wait for google to de index.

I just changed the title from -
FREE ONLINE GAMES AND FUN
to
Car Games / Free Games // Shooting Games and Fun

Also can someone point me to a good sitemap generator? I have 1200 pages and need a sitemap.
I used the free sitemap generator at www.xml-sitemaps.com but it only lets you generate 500 pages free.

Set your keywords from Main keywords and minor keywords. Then you must work first for the major keywords so that it will help your site in ranking and traffics.

Work with your keywords and do a primary and secondary research . The Keyword optimization is very Important in SEO. You have used or targeted many keywords , Instead look for few but good and targeted.

Can someone explain how i can fix this site cause it is really frustrating me. Im no expert on seo but i do understand some of it.

Here is what i have done so far with the site.

First i started building links with anchors
"Games"
"Car Games"
"Gamez"
"Shooting Games"
"Online Car Games"

Im thinking maybe i went to sill with the sitewide link exchanges as there are around 20 sitewide links in my footer.

Site only gets around 100 visitrors from google search and around 100 direct and 100 refering visitors.
Keywords people are using to get to the site are -
UG2
icarly dress up games(i deleted the game due to a high bounce rate)
car games
free games
and a lot of others but very few visits.


can someone help me get some better rankings or get more visitors. I think i have lost a lot of focus because of the lack of visitors i am getting
