I agree!google give much weight on the title but make sure the title is very catchy for the users to click and visit your site.

Take into consideration the way the bots crawl your site. Keywords must be place and appear where bots starts to crawl the page. This helps a lot in order to rank higher on search results. Content is the basis so keywords must appear on first sentence/ paragraph of your content, the reason why is that on the cache page usually gets the first sentences or the description as the snippet on the search result which will primarily catch the attention of the user.
