I can't understand Google's algorithm for Page Rank updating this time. My 1 car business related website http://www.cheapcarsforsaleusa.com got direct 4 PR from 0. I am really happy with sweet confusion.

PR is so much related to backlinks. Get good backlinks from higher PR sites.

You should do continue your job and get good quality link you should do also social bookmarking, after sometime you get Pr, you can not get PR in one or two week. so wait.

PR is doesn't matter. You just generate maximum quality backlinks and traffic. It will definitely improve PR.
