Keyword Density

What should I be aiming for in keyword density?

2 to 5% is probably good. But don;t worry too much about keyword density. I don't count my keywords anymore...I just put keywords once in title, once in meta tags and a couple of times in the body. Concentrate more on building links and also include the keyword in incoming link anchors.

I think a unique quality content with your targeted keyword is a big help.
