Current page rank of my blog is 2 .
I tried a lot of things to increase the traffic. But didn't work. any one will be ready for a link exchange ? will the link exchange work??

If you are looking for link exchanges then there are few link exchange directories where you can open a free account and exchange links with others. They make is very convenient as well as verify that both links are live so you don't have to worry about others taking your link down after the exchange.
