Install traffic statistics sites, preferably Google Analytics or statcounter. They have reports on which keywords are used in SERP to see your site and which are the landing pages. You can customize to install unique code for your inner pages and get separate report..

you can't find it unless your search for it, I remember I find a tool like that but I can't seem to find where it is now...Just check it manually.

I was wondering if any of you knows how google ranks the inerpages of a site. For example mydomain.com has a ranking of 7 but how do I know what is the ranking of the page mydomain.com/page2.htm?,

Are we talking about PageRank? If so, then the process is just the same with your index page. If you want to check the PR of your inner page, you can just check it manually or used a tool like http://www.internalrank.com/
