It is my opinion about reverse SEO the act of rendering a search engine's results optimal by decreasing the rank of potentially negative results or bad press "the simultaneous optimization of intended results while decreasing or eliminating unintended results.

I don't know if this popular guy do this reverse SEO thing but, when you hire him, he will do bad link building to your competitors so you would come up in result..

Yeah ,de-rank a site,decreasing the rank of potentially results on bad press..etc. from SE ranking page.I think lot of people out there are doing RESERVE SEO in the eyes of Google (SPAM link building )...only they haven't notice.
