1. On-Page factors - linking popularity- inbound links, Out bound links, Internal linking process
- content - should be Page relevant
- Meta tags

2. Off-Page factors - no. of Back links

There are millions of factors for google ranking. Google has a secret algorithm banking on which google rank a website. The general factors are as follows.

1 Backlink
2 Valuable content
3 User friendliness
4 Age of the site
5 Page load time
6 Social appearance
7 Regular update
8 Relevancy with keywords
