I say a lot! I am a programmer student. I did my OJT in a IT company filling under web designer and web developer position trainee.
When SEO was first introduced to me, my first impression was "What is SEO?". A lot of questions a lot of people don't know. It also answered "How Google rank websites?".

Well in the end SEO changed me a lot in every way.
