Stop words in title

I'm using a seo tool that warns me i have stop words (such as for, the, and... etc) in the title tags of my pages.
I do, but without them the title would not look proper grammer also of course my H1 tags are the same as my title tag (thank godness for CSS otherwise everyone would have 2ft high fonts in the title of their site, hehe)
Anyway is it really that important not to have stop words in title tags??

It's depends upon you, If you target some keywords for top ranking in Google so you can't use stop words .......... but if you do not target any keywords in meta title so you can use stop words

As far as i have read stop word should avoided as it is bad seo technique.
