I visited your forum. It's definately a new one. Its PR in Google toolbar is 0. It looks ok, but you should know that there are a lot of this kind of forums on Internet nowadays.

You need to do some advertising, I think, to promote your forum.

I think you are too broad in your topic structure. You have general computer topics, employer hiring and homeland security.

I once worked in radio and I had a Program Director tell me that if you try and please everyone, you end up pleasing no one. For example, if you start a radio station and play rap music, followed by folk music, followed by classical music followed by country music, no one listens because you are too broad.

So, pick a topic and try and stick to it.

I think you need to develop your site popularity. You cant just create the site and sit back and watch it grow. You need to be pro-active. You need to put lot of hard work, and countless hours of interacting with people to make them feel welcome. You need to keep the forum content relavant, clean and enjoyable, and easy to use.

Make regular posts and start new threads yourself. So you can make people think that the boards are very active. Therefore, more online users will come over because they see a forum that is active.

Get friends to post until you really get some good trafic. Put a link in your signature on other forums or emails. Submit your site to free directories.
Word of mouth carried most of the advertising to bring new people.

Populating a forum is not an easy task. It takes time, and marketing. There are many forums on the web. If yours has something appealing that others lack, you will attract visitors.

Increase its visitors by doing social media services and invite people to join them by sending them mails.

You need to promote your forum as it is new. Comment on famous blogs with relevant content and also give your link there. Work on major forums like this and Digitalpoint, so that you can get more visits.

Firstly I would like to say please update the link of forum..It redirects on the blank page..and if you want to increase the visitors on your forum try to comment on others blogs leaving your forum url..(Comment should be useful)and the other most effective way of increasing the visitors is do social bookmarking for your forum..
