I still prefer to submit articles only on those top and well-indexed article directories and would use my time creating again new article instead of submitting the same article on more less valued article directories which has little or no value at all.

In my opinion, both Article submission and Blog posting are good. Both of them are really good for getting higher rankings in search engines. Article marketing offers many advantages to the more experienced entrepreneurs who wish to use this marketing technique. Article marketing is the best free marketing techniques and we can use to market our products or website online.

Instant approval article directories are generally not reputed. they don't get much visitors so thus your website. Submitting in a reputed article directory gives you quality backlink and also traffic. Low profile article directories are good for increasing back links but not quality back links. So think over it and then put your efforts.

For me, article submission and blog post has its own importance in SEO. They are both tactics to get your site ranked by search engines and to increase traffic. The success in using this two kinds of tactics is always defending on how you use it and what have you posted. Quality and unique content for each post.
