You should cover all your main keywords in tittle tags and add your website description in meta description.

If i target more than 10 keywords, then how i can cover it in the title.

You need to target more than 10 keywords for a website then divide your keywords based on your pages and further optimize them and benefit by performing SEO.

Well all the search engines have decided the length for title and description and the length you ave used is fine for all.
For Google: Title length- up to 69 characters,
Description length - up to 156 characters

For Yahoo: Title length- up to 72 characters,
Description length - up to 161 characters

For Bing: Title length- up to 65 characters,
Description length - up to 150 characters

I agree with you.. Its a good keyword selection.
