You can get lots of Do Follow links from webhostingdir . com. You will find good list of Directory submission, Social Bookmarking and Article submission. These all are free. I hope it will help you.

Dear corerobert, For getting good back links do 2 way link exchange or 3 way link exchange with other high PR sites. This is the best way to get back links from indexed pages quickly.

Submit your links to high PR directory submission sites, social bookmarking, article submission, and forums to get backlinks. The quality of backlinks is what matters the most than the quantity, so don't over do the link building.

Try to get more contextual links for your site. Post unique articles in article directories, squidoo lens, weebly etc. Do blogging and forum postings. Try to work such way that links would come to your site from several sources.
