I once did a task related to social bookmarking a blog site. I am suggesting to you to explore the site http://www.socialposter.com (this is a user-friendly site). This site presents a list of social bookmarking sites wherein it also features an automatic submitter of the site to be bookmarked. If you want a manual submission of your site, then you can also use the list for it.

I hope this will help you.
