Is Yahoo traffic better than Google traffic?

[sfwsn]

I don't see much difference between these two. Of course google gives me a lot more traffic. But the quality is pretty much the same.

i would also say yahoo traffic is gud but i have noticed that getting better ranked in Yahoo is more easier (atleast for my sites) then ranking in Google. Then anyone can get good rankings in yahoo. Backlinks are also easier to build in Yahoo

[probafix]

No i don't think, yahoo is not good as compare to Google.

I think it's better to optimize your website for all three search engines (Google, Yahoo and Bing). Maximizing your visibility and popularity to your target niche and gaining more traffic.

[predeepwithu]

No i can not say that.

it depends on your keywords.... there are keywords that are popular in google and other search engines.... and there are keywords that are popular in both google and yahoo.... so it's advisable to rank your keywords on both Search Engines....

Today, many people are no doubt using google as a search engine. I did a research on it and found that in last few months, Google somehow lost the ground in the search engine field and on the other hand, yahoo and other search engines take it as an advantage. Today, many people are using google and yahoo too.

I would traffic from both Google and Yahoo.

[doreengonzales]

Well, for me Google still the best. It provides huge traffic than Yahoo, since Google have a huge users than Yahoo. In that way, you can get traffic from the users of Google. And besides, it really easy to rank in Yahoo than Google, that's why you think you get huge traffic in Yahoo than Google.

because yahoo backlink is based on nofollow while google is based on do follow

You should update the sitemap once there's any change on your website's page structure.
