Getting PR not the over night task , it works on complex Google algorithm (Larry & page).There is various factor behind PR ie large no of trusted link , visitor intake on the site & uniqueness of the content .
May be other various factor those can effect PR .

Its not only links that increase PageRank. Of course links help to increase PageRank in a big way, but there are other factors too. TrustRank is very important. I've seen websites with a lot of links and a low PageRank. These sites have obviously been penalized by Google, and don't have much trust. If you get penalized and your TrustRank suffers, you will lose PageRank.

Social links from Twitter and Facebook are also great for increasing PageRank.

PR is related with number of quality backlinks you have. So try to get more quality backlinks.
