Right now, after publishing the articles on my website, I share them on twitter, facebook, digg and stumbleupon... but is that enough?

No it's not enough at all. You have to do bookmarking in many other sites and apart from that you should also do other linkbuilding by other off page seo techniques like directory submisssion, Press release, article submission and so on

Or is there a techniques to submit the article automatically to a bunch of social media tools in 1 click? (Kind of like a toolbar)
