Re: How to improve the speed of the web site
The first step for optimizing load speeds is to evaluate potential bottlenecks. Three great tools for accomplishing this goal are as follows:
YSlow (a browser plugin created by Yahoo!)
Page Speed (a service offered by Google)
Pingdom
In most cases, slow load times are a byproduct of your site making too many HTTP requests. Maybe you have too many images (consider using CSS sprites). Maybe you have too many CSS or JS files (consider consolidating them and/or minifying them). All of the above tools will give you additional tips.

An SEO audit is the first and most important component of any SEO project.

The site should be minimized in flash applications, and I would suggest to be more on context, images that will summarize your story, and regularly updated on the industry.

Re: How to improve the speed of the web site
Another good tip for improving the speed of your website is to use a dedicated server. Shared servers are often very slow because there can be hundreds, if not thousands of other websites on them. I recently upgraded to a dedicated server and my website loads twice as fast, its so great

Remove or reduce your flash files. And instead, use images and text to make it more easy to load in any browser.
