Ontology

I have heard that google created the ontology of all dictionary. That is word combining. If you have the word "furniture" in your title than your rankings will be higher if you use the keywords like "chair", "table", "desk" and etc. in your content ( I think it would be logic ).
What do you think about it?
If such ontology exists than in what speeches? Only in English?
