I am not a skilled SEO expert like most of you here and if some expert here can assist me it will be of great value to me.

So here is what i want to know, Although i have little direct experience in SEO strategies, i still have some knowledge as i am Professional Content writer and to write articles and blogs i came across many seo strategies and read them... And as with that experience i know "building links on illegal or in other words (forgive me gentlemen for these words) pornographic websites will result in websites being kicked hard by the Almighty Google.(isn't that right?)

But i had seen a website that does alot of it but still ranks hell lot higher on Google.. I just want to know how and why?

I agree with you., "Content is the King" I also recommend doing article submission but never use any software do it manually and ensure you never spin or rewrite an article. Try writing something new and post it to just one directory(Ezinearticles and perhaps Goarticle are what i use). Try adding a blog section and keep on blogging this will attract traffic(atleast to build links to their sites) and will help boost your page rank for sure...

Sharing of link juice doesn't mean that you can get your desired page rank once you submitted on a high PR website. Basically, you should start building on quality and related back links. You can get it through link building. The higher the quality of the submission site you are to submit, then the higher the possibility you can get a high PR. Also, you have to make sure that your website deserves to be on that high PR website, otherwise your effort will just be wasted. I also recommend you to focus more on contents, since it is what search engine wants.
