I think it's always better to do SEO manually because, if you use software to do it you will have to face for some limitations. Search Engines change their algorithm often. So, we have to change the SEO according to their algorithm. I think using software, it's kind of difficult to do it.

I belive in manual SEO because software have some limitations.If we do SEO manually we can change our site cotant regularly acording to search engine algorithm.

I ll prefer manually to software coz software has some limitations and it is no beneficial search engine point of view. so if u are using software for optimization i ll suggest you u should not do it.

Site analysis tools are good, especially on planning site and writing contents. But hiring an seo company is good too, as long as they meet the goals and give results..
