Error in adding site in google webmasters tools!

hey guys whenever i m trying to add my site in google webmaster tools for my site overview its showing me a http erroe about domain name not found but my domain is working properly its http://smilemaker.uk.to can n e 1 say where am i lacking, you can check this tool at https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/

That's interesting.
I have my Google account and I tried to add your site for curiosity purpouse, and there is an error "General HTTP error: Domain name not found".
I really didn't get vietnamimpressive advise:
