This is definitely NOT a issue. Continue to do link exchange, get inbound quality links, update content to attract more traffic then you will get a good ranking even the server is anywhere in the world.

I don't think that there is a problem with having your sites hosted in USA.

I don't think hosting in USA is a bad choice. Instead, Googlebot can crawl your content more easily. Maybe it will do better.

I don't think its an issue in your optimization. Mainly you have to look for your quality links and keywords.

Hi there,

Actually there is no problem as well as no benefit in get hosted in US. When you host your website on a UK based server then you get 2 major advantages:-

1. Search Engines categorize your website as a UK website and you get better ranking in UK.
2. Your customers from UK get better browsing speed and your websites will load much quicker in comparison with US server.

And I don't this cost difference is much between US & UK hosting plans if you compare with good hosting companies. :)
