some links on blog comments are not counted as back links by google. What is the reson for that?

Agree to that... Thats why when your commenting to a particular blog be sure to take a look at their page source if they put on no-follow tags..

Google love blogs because of unique content and it can easily indexed if you updated it and used the ping services. Blog comments would be a great idea if the links or the blog itself is related, it is a quality site and it drive traffic.
