backlink problem

I google link:www.domain.com, why somebody's site can have many backlink from his own site. but some other site, including my site , the search result is - your site did not match any documents. Why ?

Probably their site is already and authority. Google doesn´t show but a small proportion of the backlinks that a webpage has, both external and internal backlinks.

Google shows only some important backlinks when you use "link:FQDN" to check.

Normally, this kind site has a good rank in Google. I don't know how they can make it, can only waiting,,,waiting

You could sign up to the Google Webmasters Tools to find out all backlinks that Google accounts for you.
