Site Map Wiht 100 or More then 100 Links are Good but make sure that Your Important Url Comes on the top of the Site Map. You can add Upto 1000 URL in a Single Site map

100 links on sitemap is easy to read by Google crawler.
But if you want more google indexing then you need to post quality content continuously.
