Step 1: Sign up for a Google Adwords account MCC (Account Manager) here:

Step 2: Sign up for a Google Adwords account Client account within the MCC on.

Step 3: Visit the AdWords client accounts

Step 4: Go to Tools -> Keyword Planner

Step 5: Search as usual
