ROR stands for Resources of a Resource,an XML format for describing any object of your content in a generic fashion, so any search engine can better understand that content. It is a daunting task let alone ranking your website highly on all three. The main benefit of having a ROR File is to simply help the search engines do their job more efficiently. This is a sitemap actually.
