you can disavow link tool from Google webmaster tool to remove spam links or bad links. Don't question me how to use it. all on google

you can use google disavow tool to tell google not taking in account of some certain backlinks (usually spammy link that can make your website looks bad).
But you should use it very carefully, the consequence could be huge.
