Keyword match will get you listed easly

Ie I recently regestered nokian810.net and I am listed page 3 for SPAM n810 with just a few links getting ready for the holidays should be a good seller

Yes i believe when your URL is same with your targeted keywords, you'll be able to ranked well in terms of SERP's.

Anchor Text is the best way to get listed in SERP and gain PR. It is absolutely necessary to make exact keyword link when postings or submitting or placing the link.

Put your most important keyword in domain name if possible and use that keyword in title and also in anchor tag.
