Retaining my Bellsouth email id after cancelling AT&T U-verse account.

[harison203]

Hi

Will I be able to retain my bellsouth.net email id if I cancel my AT&T U-Verse internet account?

Thanks

Hello

It's not likely, since the email service is provided by AT&T, when you cancel the AT&T services you will lose access to the email. You can get a universal email address like yahoo or gmail and forward all your contacts and important email to the new account before you cancel your AT&T service.

Thanks
